Open University Press (OpenUP) publishes approximately 100 new books for academics, students and professionals each year. In 2002 Open University Press became a member of the McGraw-Hill Companies. Open University Press books are available worldwide through traditional and online booksellers as well as through the international network of McGraw-Hill Companies.

We continue to maintain a strong relationship with academic advisers at the Open University although the majority of our books have no connection with Open University courses.

ALCS - this is the Authors Licensing and Collecting Society. Essentially ALCS receives monies which are paid through collective licensing arrangements (such as Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA)) and distributes them to authors. You can register on their website
