  • Each play has parts written at a variety of levels, so mixed ability groups can work together.
  • The parts are listed in order of difficulty in the play books. The level ability of each part is found in the Teaching Notes.
  • Many of the Play Books link to other curriculum areas such as Maths, History, Science and Geography.
  • Pupils learning English as a Second Language are supported by the CD‘s and their peers.
  • The Teaching Notes contain assessment sheets and advice on how pupils can develop their own scripts.

In this example, the characters of Micky, Maggie, Peter and Ling are at the “On Level”
reading age of 7. The character Sam is levelled “Easy”, and Carly is at “Challenging” level.

 

Each set comes in a box which contains:

  • 6 copies of 6 plays,
  • CD-ROM for audio support,
  • Teaching Notes.
