Here you will find case-by-case teaching notes for all of the cases contained in the book. There are two cases at the end of each chapter throughout the book. These notes are designed to assist you in using these chapter cases in class discussions or as coursework exercises, by providing you with suggestions and ideas for presenting the material.

Each teaching note provides you with a synopsis of the case, teaching objectives, and suggested teaching approaches, including guide answers to the student's discussion questions.

New Regional Case Studies
In addition to the many cases provided in the text and on the free Student CD-ROM, we have provided a range of extra regional cases that examine marketing in different European economies. These cases are designed to reflect the differences in the cultural and business environment in different countries across Europe, and to provide you with local cases that are relevant to your students. We have therefore provided cases specific to companies and organisations based in Ireland, and are planning a range of extra studies from across Northern and Central Europe. Please revisit this site regularly for new updates.

If you wish to view these cases, or would like your students to use them during your course, direct your students to the student area of this site where the cases are accessible and available to download. If you are a PageOut user, you can integrate these cases into your course syllabus. Click here for more infomation about PageOut.

For each of the regional cases provided here, there is a set of case notes to help you to use the material with your students. The case notes are password protected and can be downloaded below.
