The supplements are saved as compressed zip files to facilitate quicker downloading. In order to decompress the files you will need 'zip' software. Programs such as WinZip may be used.

If you have neither Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat on your system, you may wish to download free read-only versions of these programs from the Microsoft and Adobe Web Sites.

Some files are password-protected. These are for lecturers only, and we will not provide the passwords to students.
