Opening Zip Files

Many of the supplements available from this web site are saved as compressed zip files to facilitate quicker downloading. In order to decompress the files you will need 'zip' software. Programs such as WinZip may be used.

Viewing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files

If you do not have Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat on your system, you may wish to download free read-only versions of these programs from the Microsoft and Adobe Web Sites.
